Why Cardio Tennis?
Cardio Tennis is a high-energy fitness activity that combines the best features of tennis with cardiovascular exercise for the ultimate, full-body calorie-burning aerobic workout. Taught by certified Cardio Tennis pro Liz Bradford, it’s fun for all levels. Never played tennis? It’s a great introduction. An experienced player? It’s a fabulous way to train (and burn more calories than singles or doubles!).
