There you’ll take part in a customized fitness class, within a small group of 4 — 6 others. Achieve your goals and stay motivated to move! Small Group Class Schedule

Strength Training Circuit

I will customize a workout for you to make you stronger, more flexible and agile, and improve your balance. Whatever your goals, I’ll help you attain them. Use state-of-the-art equipment and techniques, as you move efficiently from one exercise to the next. Finish up with a group cool down, stretches, and relaxation.

Mondays 9:30 am — 10:30 am
Fridays 1:30 pm — 2:30 pm

Fee: $75 for 4 classes monthly; $140 for 8 classes (2x/week), or drop in for $20/class (call ahead for availability)

YOGA-LATES

A blend of two techniques (Yoga and Pilates) designed to tone, strengthen and stretch your mind, as well as your body. Renew and re-energize yourself midweek. You’ll feel great and see progress. You may even find yourself taller and leaner at your next doctor’s appointment!

Wednesdays 10:00 am — 11:00 am
Wednesdays 5:00 pm — 6:00 pm

CORE AND MORE

An exhilarating class designed to enhance the function of your abdominal and back muscles by increasing your strength and flexibility. You’ll learn to use stability balls, free weights, bands, the bosu and your own body weight in this effective workout. Don’t deprive yourself of the workout you need to improve your fitness, sign up now!
