Movements that train these fitness areas also help individuals maintain greater balance and improve the quality of their lives.Liz Bradford is a fitness professional that specializes in training older adults. Better Balance & More Movement

Soft foam balls and resistance tubing are used to increase your range of motion, improve balance and function while being safely seated in a chair. Arm and leg lifts, graceful stretches and abdominal and back work are used to strengthen and stretch your body. This is a wonderful class for older adults who want to remain active and fit, while reducing the risk of falling.

Better Balance & More Movement is currently being offered on Mondays from 11:00 — 11:30 am to residents at Falmouth House at Oceanview and on Wednesdays from 10:00 — 10:30 to residents at The Woods at Canco.
